How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track order page with your order number and email.
Do items from different departments arrive together?
Most orders ship together from our own warehouse. Furniture is delivered separately by our two-person team, on a day you choose.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is encrypted and we never store your card details.
How do returns work?
Return anything within 30 days. Start a return from your account and we collect the parcel from your door for free.
What is buyer protection?
If an order does not arrive, or arrives damaged or different from its description, we refund you in full or send a replacement.
When do flash deals end?
Flash deals start every morning and end at midnight, or sooner when the stock runs out. The countdown on each product shows the time left.
