How long does delivery take?
Items in stock are delivered in 5-10 working days. Made-to-order sofas take 3-5 weeks; we confirm a delivery date when your order is ready.
Is assembly included?
Yes, free delivery and assembly is included on orders over $499. Our team also takes all the packaging away.
Can I order fabric swatches?
Yes, up to six swatches are free. They arrive in 2-3 days so you can see them in your own light.
What is the 100-night trial?
Every sofa comes with a 100-night home trial. If it is not right, we collect it and refund you in full.
Will the sofa fit through my door?
Each product page lists the delivery dimensions. Most of our sofas have removable legs and arms for narrow spaces.
How do I care for boucle and velvet?
Vacuum gently with an upholstery brush every week and blot spills straight away. Our covers can also be dry-cleaned.
