How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with body and garment measurements. Between sizes? Our stylists recommend the larger one for knitwear and outerwear.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2-4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges and returns are free within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and has its tags.
Where are your clothes made?
In 12 small workshops in Portugal, Italy and Lithuania that we visit every season.
How should I wash linen?
Machine wash at 30 C on a gentle cycle, then dry on a line. Linen softens with every wash.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards from $25 to $500 are delivered by email straight away.
