How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery takes 2–4 days in Europe and the US, and 5–9 days worldwide. You will receive a tracking link by email.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Just start a return from your account and print the prepaid label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 60 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
Are your products sustainable?
We work with small workshops using natural and recycled materials, and every order ships in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.
