How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 8 pm ship the same day. Next-day delivery is free on orders over $99; standard delivery takes 2-3 business days.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for two years. We arrange the repair or replacement for you, with free collection.
Can I return a product I have opened?
Yes. You have 30 days to return any product in its original packaging, even if you have opened and tried it.
Do you offer trade-ins?
Yes. Send us your old phone, tablet or laptop and we credit its value towards your next order.
Are your products new and genuine?
Always. Everything we sell is brand new, sealed and comes with the full manufacturer warranty.
Can I pay in instalments?
Orders over $300 can be split into 3 or 6 interest-free payments at checkout.
